Our pieces are handmade with an average processing time of 5-7 days prior to shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email.
We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimates and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
We send all orders tracked.
We do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.

Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries.
We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Please return the item in its original packaging within the 14 days or the return will not be accepted.
